I am a 22 year old Filipino woman who really likes gritty things.
I like violence. A lot of my stories up to this day call for it. It's like second nature. I think the desperation for survival and need is best expressed through really gorey details, or emotionally violent imagery.
I grew up watching a lot of asian horror, eventually bleeding into western horror, and also a bunch of cartoons from the same region.
My favorite cartoon is currently Wander over Yonder! I resonate a lot with the protagonist. I strive to be like him daily.
Favorite horror media is hard to choose for. I haven't felt as much fear as reading SCP articles and that one asian horror movie I can't remember the name of. A lot of students died because they looked at a cursed piece of paper. No one knew how the next one would die, nor when it would be.
I feel like my interest with both cute and friendly and tragic and violent aptly describes myself on a personal level too.
